Lynda McConnell

Lynda McConnell is a Chartered Accountant and a Director of McConnell Stafford-Bush & Associates Limited. She has over 30 years experience in Chartered Accounting having done her earlier years with KPMG in Auckland and then getting a thorough understanding of farm accounting in Rotorua before returning to Auckland. Lynda's past day to day management experience has included a multinational niche telecommunications provider and high turnover retail businesses. She has hands on experience of staff management, marketing and supply chain issues.



The experience gained allows Lynda to have a very personal understanding of the market and the issues facing business owners and operators. Lynda can identify with her clients and advises them with practical no nonsense solutions.

Lynda is experienced in business planning, acquisition, amalgamation, preparation for sale, profit improvement programs, succession planning, and trust accounting administration, as well as general accountancy and taxation issues. Lynda's primary role within McConnell Stafford-Bush & Associates as director is to facilitate new clients and ensure that the most relevant resources and services are available based on the goals and business needs of each client.

Lynda believes that her experience gained over the years in a number of practices as well as a short stint in industry, has equipped her well to assist clients with their businesses. Lynda likes to work closely with her clients to help develop their businesses, which in turn helps those clients achieve their "life" goals.

Lynda leads by example and is very passionate and proud of the practice she has been involved in developing and its continuing potential.
